We help make sense of health care coverage.

Community Partners believes that access to affordable, quality health care is an essential part of providing peace of mind and well-being for people in Massachusetts. Making choices to get the right health coverage often requires one-to-one assistance by well-informed and engaged outreach workers who understand the communities they serve. We partner with outreach workers to make health coverage understandable and easier to get.

In Massachusetts, 2 million people—1 in 3—are now covered by public health insurance. The process for getting and keeping that insurance is complicated. There are 10-15 different program options, some with a bewildering array of choices. People in need of health coverage turn to outreach workers to guide them, and outreach workers turn to Community Partners, their trusted source for up to date and accurate health coverage information. Wherever they are in the state, we connect them to each other and to key stakeholders, including state program administrators and advocates.

Receiving regular updates from CP is like having a translator for the barrage of state and federal insurance and health care information that often seems to otherwise arrive in a foreign language.
