Consulting Services

Back to
We offer our services to any organization, foundation, business, region or state whose aim is to expand access to health care and/or to transform the health care system. We provide consulting in four main areas.

Smart Internet Technology

Email, blogs, online communities, social media, text messaging. Used strategically, these tools can help build community and create change by helping to raise the voices of unrecognized experts and the traditionally disenfranchised. Interested in building a new online community, starting a blog, or improving existing Internet communications? We can help. We have over a decade of experience with Internet tools, many successful projects, and a huge network of resources. We can put it to work for you. Some of our Smart Internet Technology services include:
    • Technology Readiness Assessments
    • Strategic Planning for Online Projects
    • Broadcast Email & Discussion Lists
    • Blogging
    • Increasing Engagement through Social Networking
    • Additional Services & Special Projects such as content surveys, improving peer-to-peer communication & support, webinars, and advocacy & multimedia projects.

Health Coverage Expertise

Massachusetts' health coverage system is the most comprehensive in the nation, but it is very complex. With the new health care reform laws, it has only become moreso. Are you an employer struggling to understand the new mandate laws or how to secure coverage for newly laid-off workers? Do your clients fail to use their coverage once enrolled? Contact Meg Kroeplin at 413-253-4283 or mkroeplin@compartners.org to find out how we can help.

Mobile Enrollment: The PEEP Model

In 2004, Community Partners was awarded a highly competitive federal NTIA TOP grant to fund our PEEP model. The successful project equipped rural outreach workers with wireless laptops, portable printers, and other tools that helped them enroll more uninsured people in coverage programs. Making Outreach Work: The HAN Model

We have spent over a decade building our Health Access Network (HAN) model in Massachusetts. This model brings together outreach workers, health care advocates, and other stakeholders to exchange information and support both online and off. This model has increased access to health care for the uninsured and under-insured, and has improved the effectiveness of the community-based workers who educate and enroll them. HAN can be an equally powerful tool in other regions, states, and in other human service sectors.
