- Massachusetts residents : If you get laid off and worry about losing your health insurance or affording COBRA, if you need insurance but are confused about how to get it, if you need to find a doctor immediately who will take your child’s insurance, or need help paying for fuel, housing or food, CP works to ensure that you will have a local person to turn to who can help you quickly. Outreach workers are the best way to connect you with needed doctors, medicines & other help.
- Everyone who wants real health system change in America : Community outreach creates local jobs that make the human services system faster & better. CP has already begun communicating this nationally; we want to continue this critical & timely work.

We serve more than 1400 health access stakeholders at over 670 sites across Massachusetts with regular information. We foster collaboration to make community outreach more effective. We do it all on a tiny budget. Due to state cuts, we are now only funded through the end of July. National health care reform & other new opportunities offer us many chances to secure larger funding. We have great connections, innovative ideas & solid plans to make it through this crisis.
