LOST AND FOUND
Has anyone else been having problems with MassHealth LOSING things? I have had two clients in 24 hours who sent things in which MH claim never appeared. This always happens periodically but it seems to be endemic now. Am I just paranoid? I also don't seem to be able to find anyone who will be someone I can put "ATTENTION:" to so that at least there's a way of verifying the arrival!

This is a GREAT MAP! It will be very useful.
We contact all the "self-pays" who come through our emergency room to invite them to come to our office to apply for MassHealth/free care/Commonwealth Care. But when folks live in other parts of the state, there's been no easy way to identify a place to refer them to. Now there is! Thank you so much for making this resource available to us.
