The map lists addresses, telephone numbers, website and information about Virtual Gateway access.

This is a GREAT MAP! It will be very useful.
We contact all the "self-pays" who come through our emergency room to invite them to come to our office to apply for MassHealth/free care/Commonwealth Care. But when folks live in other parts of the state, there's been no easy way to identify a place to refer them to. Now there is! Thank you so much for making this resource available to us.
