Services covered by the Health Safety Net (HSN) vary depending on what other programs a person is eligible for. Brian Eno, an outreach worker at Healthy Connections (a program of Community Action! in Orange) has prepared a one-page chart that clearly outlines what services can be covered and under what circumstances.
