Oral health services for MassHealth members have been improving since a US District Court decision in 2005 found that certain Medicaid obligations were not being met. Health Law Advocates, a plaintiff in the case, has created a flyer that explains (PDF) what changes have been made since then and where to go for help.

This is all good and fine, but here in the true Western Mass. dentists are not accepting new MassHealth patients and there is difficulty getting to the one or two who do.
