As of July 13th, Prescription Advantage open enrollment is continuous, thanks to this year's budget language. Potential members may submit applications for the state's prescription assistance program at any time. Acceptance into Prescription Advantage also prompts a Medicare Part D "Special Enrollment Period," meaning that members may join or change Part D plans without waiting for Part D open enrollment in November.
