Radio PSA encourages youth to seek coverage

Submitted by michael on June 24, 2008 - 4:15pm.

A professionally developed public service announcement (PSA) for local radio is available for use by community groups interested in engaging young adults. This 30-second PSA can be given to radio stations to encourage people to get health coverage. The spot specifically targets young men, who generally have a higher rate of uninsurance and less inclination to seek health coverage.

The PSA was developed by Rena Greifinger of the Harvard School of Public Health in collaboration with Community Partners, the Connector and others.
