On April 2, 2008, Massachusetts Law Reform Institute (MLRI) will host a daylong training on state-subsidized health coverage programs in Boston. The morning session, geared toward new advocates and enrollment workers or those seeking a refresher, will review basic eligibility requirements for MassHealth, Commonwealth Care and other health coverage entitlement programs.

The afternoon will be a more advanced session that will cover denial and appeal processes for these programs, and discuss the individual mandate and its associated penalties and appeal processes. March 18th is the enrollment deadline.
