Virtual Gateway Survey Report Released!

In November Community Partners created an online survey to collect outreach workers' experiences using the Virtual Gateway. Our report finds that most of the statewide respondents feel the Virtual Gateway is improving enrollment for their clients and making their jobs easier. Respondents also offered thoughtful comments and suggestions on how the Virtual Gateway can improve. Click below to read more:
