If a person is eligible as of October 1st, do they have to wait for a letter before enrolling in a Commonwealth Care plan?
People eligible to enroll in Commonwealth Care as of October 1st may apply to Commonwealth Care. Some eligible people may never have used UCP, and would not receive a letter, but still may enroll in Commonwealth Care.
