When may people on partial Uncompensated Care enroll in Commonwealth Care?
People on partial UCP or between 200%-300% of the federal poverty level may begin enrolling in Commonwealth Care on January 1, 2007. People who have used partial UCP in the past year may receive enrollment letters as soon as December.
