The Connector launches new website and provides cost information

The Connector has launched an independent website for Commonwealth Care, www.macommonwealthcare.com. Information about health plans, coverage options, co-pay costs and a doctor finder tool are currently available; ultimately this website will allow members to register, choose health plans and access individualized care information.

The Connector has also made available a chart detailing coverage areas and enrollee contribution for Commonwealth Care members between 100.1-300% of the federal poverty level (FPL).

Enrollee contributions (PDFs):

  • PLAN TYPE II: Plan option costs for individuals under 200.1% FPL:
    • Pages 1-2: Individuals between 100.1-150% FPL
    • Pages 3-4: Individuals between 150.1-200% FPL
  • PLAN TYPE III: "Low premium" plan costs:
    • Pages 1-2: Individuals between 200.1-250% FPL
    • Pages 3-4: Individuals between 250.1%-300% FPL
  • PLAN TYPE IV: "Low co-pay" plan costs:
    • Pages 1-2: Individuals between 200.1-250% FPL
    • Pages 3-4: Individuals between 250.1%-300% FPL
