If someone was offered employer-based insurance in the last six months, but no longer works for that employer, can they be eligible for Commonwealth Care?
The six-month prohibition only applies to a person's current employer. It makes no difference whether a person took up insurance from a previous employer or not, since either way, they would no longer be insured by that employer.
