2007 Federal poverty guidelines identified

On April 1st MassHealth, Commonwealth Care, and some other state-subsidized programs start using the 2007 federal poverty guidelines (often referred to as FPL). FPL is central to determining eligibility for these programs and how much, if anything, programs will cost. The Massachusetts Law Reform Institute (MLRI) has created a chart that outlines eligibility for various programs based on these new guidelines.
