Some Prescription Advantage members terminated April 30th

Submitted by Meg Kroeplin - ... on May 15, 2007 - 12:57pm.

Prescription Advantage, the state prescription drug insurance plan, terminated members who may have been eligible for Social Security's Low Income Subsidy and who failed to show they had applied for the subsidy. In mid-March, only 617 members had not responded to Prescription Advantage's request for information. Members who were terminated but wish to re-enroll should contact Prescription Advantage directly, or call their local SHINE office.
