Connector extends enrollment deadline

People who have received eligibility notices for Commonwealth Care but have not yet enrolled may still do so and avoid the tax penalty.

Those who are under 150% of the federal poverty level (FPL) now have until December 28 to enroll and avoid the penalty. Plans for these people do not have premiums. Enrolling requires calling the Connector at 1-888-MA-ENROLL and choosing a plan.

Eligible people between 150%-300% FPL have until December 20th to enroll. Enrolling for these people includes choosing a plan AND paying the premium by December 20th.

Enrollment deadlines have also been pushed back for Commonwealth Choice plans, including the Young Adult Plan.
