This year most taxpayers will need to file a new tax form, Schedule HC, with their income tax return. Schedule HC tells the state whether or not a person had health insurance during 2007. Health Care for All has put together information for outreach and enrollment workers as well as the public to aid in understanding the new tax requirements, and the Massachusetts Department of Revenue has an 'online tour' of the new form that takes into account many specific health care circumstances.
