How can an outreach worker tell if someone is eligible for Commonwealth Care?
Commonwealth Care eligibility information will be on REVS. According to the MassHealth Transmittal Letter released recently, information on Commonwealth Care eligibility WILL be on REVS. REVS will indicate if a person is eligible for Commonwealth Care and which MCO they are enrolled with.

REVS and Commonwealth Care

If a person is eligible but not yet enrolled in an MCO, REVS will state that as well. Click here to see the letter.

C-CHIP

Will C-CHIP eligibility info show in REVS?
