New tool can reduce Part D member confusion

Massachusetts' SHINE program (Serving the Health Information Needs of Elders) has prepared a single-page "Helpful Hints When Using Your Medicare Prescription Drug Card at the Pharmacy" for members who also have other drug coverage. The sheet itemizes what members need to know before they go, what they should bring, and what steps to take if they need assistance.
