Last month Community Partners developed an on-line survey to collect frontline workers' opinions of proposed changes to the Free Care Pool regulations. The results of this statewide survey clearly indicate that these changes could hurt low and moderate-income people who rely on the pool, as well as safety net providers who provide essential care.
